Solcierge leases your property directly from you on a fixed-term agreement, at a guaranteed monthly rent paid on time, every month, whether the property is occupied or not. Where needed, we redecorate and interior style the property ourselves, optimising the layout, furnishings and finish for short-stay guests, at no cost to you. We then take full responsibility for managing it as a premium short-stay rental, handling everything from guest communication and check-ins to cleaning, maintenance and day-to-day upkeep. You get the certainty of a fixed income and a fully hands-off property; we take on the operational work, the styling investment and the void-period risk.

How It Works

  2. We assess and propose a rent — based on the property, location and rental potential, we put forward a guaranteed monthly figure
  3. We scope any restyling — if the property needs redecorating or styling to perform as a short-stay rental, we plan and cost this in at no charge to you
  4. Sign the agreement — a fixed term, a fixed monthly rent, agreed upfront
  5. We get it rental-ready — any restyling or redecoration is carried out before the property goes live
  6. You get paid, every month — on the same date, whether the property is occupied or not, for the full term of the agreement
