Boat Rental Booking Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

By confirming this booking, you agree to the following cancellation policy:

• More than 30 days before departure: 10% cancellation fee
• 15–30 days before departure: 20% cancellation fee
• 7–15 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the total booking cost

These terms are aligned with our third-party supplier and are strictly enforced.

In the event of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions deemed unsafe by the operator, the booking will either be rescheduled or fully refunded.

Solcierge acts as an intermediary in this booking and is not liable for supplier-led cancellations or operational decisions.
