The Situation

Henk and Marijke, retired teachers from Amsterdam, spend six months a year in Nerja and the other six back in the Netherlands. They needed someone to keep the property secure and well-maintained in their absence, especially during heavy rain and windy winters.

Our Solution

We carried out bi-weekly security checks, arranged for pool maintenance even in off-season months, and provided regular weather-related updates. After one winter storm caused garden damage, we coordinated repairs and replanting before their return.

The Result

They arrived to find their villa exactly as they left it — fresh, clean, and fully functioning — and have continued their seasonal visits without stress.
